Soil fertility estimation and crop recommendation are key concepts involved in increasing food production as the yield of the crops directly depends on the soil fertility and the best quality crop. Hence, in this research, a survey on the existing prediction models is performed to reveal the significance of crop yield prediction, which is the aim of this research article.
