Inclusão produtiva de jovens: Avaliação de egressos do Aprendiz Legal

Abstract

The objectives of this article are to present some results of the impact evaluation of the apprenticeship program Aprendiz Legal on the productive inclusion of its graduates in the Brazilian formal labor market, regarding the dimensions of insertion and permanence and to analyze the contribution of the program in the professional trajectory and education, in the view of the graduates. For the impact evaluation, two databases were used. The first comes from partner organizations of the institution that created the program Aprendiz Legal, which contains information on graduates from 2014 to 2018; the second is the Annual Relation of Identified Social Information (RAIS), from 2015 to 2019. To study the impact, two control groups were created and multivariate fixed effects models were conducted.
