Abstract

This research discuss main issue which involve several factors such as motivated students attitude towards knowledge sharing used learning management systems (LMS). Adapted from previous research, this research emphasize to analyze students' intention to do knowledge sharing by several factors, which are: Commitment, Enjoyment in Helping Others, Reputation, and Rewards of Organization. Research method used in this research is quantitative method by data collection using questionnaire distribution to several students from variance majors in one private university in Jakarta.
