The study lasted three months. As a result, there is a decrease in weight, Body mass index, fat mass (FM), and visceral fat (VF) in users who had nutritional intervention, with statistical significance (weight (p=0.012), BMI (p=0.012), FM (p<0.001), and VF (p=0.003).
