The proposed model approximation technique is simple, efficient, easy to implement and promises the stability of the higher order stable model. The suggested technique is successfully validated on some numerical problems of Single-Input Single-Output (SISO) and Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) systems taken from the literature. Abstract
