Abstract
We present optical and radio-frequency (RF) characterization results of a silicon photonic true-time-delay. Optical loss contributions from rib waveguide segments, linear tapers, and Euler waveguide bends comprising a 10 cm-long delay line are measured. Continuous thermo-optic RF delay tuning of >1 ps is demonstrated.
