Abstract

Textile dipole antenna with a leaf-shaped operating frequency at 2.4 GHz has been designed, fabricated and analyzed. The effect of the conductive threads on the leaf-shaped antenna is investigated. The leaf-shaped antenna is stitched around the edge of the antenna and the performances of the leaf-shaped textile dipole with and without conductive thread is evaluated.
