Abstract
Decision Support Systems are computer-based information systems that provide interactive information support for managers and business practitioners during the decision-making process. There are three variables namely demand variable, supply variable and production variable. Demand variables, consisting of 3 fuzzy sets, namely: DOWN, FIXED and UP. Inventory Variables, consists of 3 fuzzy sets, namely LITTLE, MEDIUM and MANY. Production Variables consist 3 fuzzy sets, namely LESS, FIXED and ADD. The results of the system calculation with the results of manual calculations are shown by the validity test of the system using 20 types of samples and produce a system validity level of 100%. In comparing the production amount calculated by the Tsukamoto method with the company’s current production volume, three examples were taken. The first case, the system lacks a production amount of 207 packages. In the second case, the system also lacked a total production volume of 349 packages. Whereas in the third case, the company experienced a production shortage of1500 packages.
