The intention of the paper is to investigate hybrid working, different types of teleworks and flexible work arrangements that are been followed in the organizations by reviewing the papers that are published from last one decade which resulted in improved employee wellbeing, productivity, work life balance, work and non-work balance, individual and team performance, positive and negative work home interaction and employee turnover.
