Abstract

The paper presents the results of experimental studies of tribological properties of innovative composite nanostructured wear-resistant coatings during high-speed turning of heat-resistant and heat-resistant steels and alloys, as well as temperature and force conditions, contact processes in the cutting zone based on the use of equipment and equipment for control and registration of electrophysical parameters that accompany the process of blade cutting (thermal EMF and electrical conductivity of the "tool-workepiece" contact, temperature and cutting force components, and cutting tool wear resistance).
