Abstract

An algorithm for conducting a study of an electromechanical converter under axial loads is given. The object of the simulation is an asynchronous electric motor with an integrated linear displacement mechanism, the subject of the study is mechanical stresses arising in the structural elements of the engine. The results of modeling and analysis of mechanical stability are presented. Experimental results were obtained using T-Flex and SolidWorks Simulation packages. Based on the dependencies obtained in relation to the electric drive of the pipeline valve, the possibility of determining the torque of an engine loaded with axial stresses is shown.
