Abstract

Various kinds of data can be collected with service robot in business scenes and it is important to utilize such data for business improvement. In this paper, the research results of data analysis technology for business improvement as a function of operation and management system for service robot is explained. Through evaluation experiment for service robot in business exhibition, we clarified how to modify service scenario for business improvement and potential effect of business improvement is 8.1 %.
