PENGUKURAN USABILITY TESTING E-LEARNING UPN VETERAN JAWA TIMUR TERHADAP CIVITAS AKADEMIKA

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini mengukur usability E-Learning UPN Veteran Jawa Timur terhadap civitasakademika dengan tujuan membantu memberikan evaluasi website sesuai dengan penilaianusability. Faktor usability yang dinilai yaitu Memorability, Errors, Efficiency, Learnability,dan Satisfaction. Penelitian ini, melalui beberapa tahapan diantaranya mengidentifikasimasalah, literartur review yang berhubungan dangan penelitian, menyebarkan kuisonerkepada civitas akademika UPN Veteran Jawa Timur yang berisikan usability testing,melakukan penghitungan nilai rata-rata (mean) setiap pertanyaan, faktor dan hasilkeseluruhan responden, dan melakukan analisis deskriptif dari hasil penghitungan rata-ratatersebut. Dari hasil penelitian, didapatkan Nilai faktor Memorability yaitu sebesar 4.22,Nilai faktor Errors yaitu sebesar 2.92, Nilai faktor Efficiency yaitu sebesar 3.94, Nilaifaktor Learnability yaitu sebesar 3.91, Nilai faktor Satisfication yaitu sebesar 3.62, dan nilairata-rata dari keseluruhan jawaban responden yaitu sebesar 3.78. maka dapat dikatakanfaktor errors dan faktor satisfication belum baik. Disebabkan oleh, nilai tersebut lebih kecildari Nilai rata-rata keseluruhan. Dari hasil pengukuran dapat disimpulkan bahwa ELearning UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur tersebut memiliki nilai usability yang cukup baik,karena Nilai rata-rata keselurahan yaitu sebesar 3.78, jika dilihat dari skala 1-5 dapatdikatakan bahwa tingkat usability website E-Learning UPN Veteran Jawa Timur bisadikatakan dengan baik. This research, through several stagesincluding identifying problems, reviewing literature related to research, distributingquestionnaires to the UPN Veterans East Java academic community which containsusability testing, calculating the average value (mean) of each question, factors andoverall results of respondents, and perform a descriptive analysis of the results ofthe average calculation. From the research results, the Memorability factor value is4.22, the Errors factor value is 2.92, the Efficiency factor value is 3.94, theLearnability factor value is 3.91, the Satisfication factor value is 3.62, and theaverage value of all respondents' answers is of 3.78. it can be said that the errorsfactor and the satisfication factor are not good. Due to this, the value is smaller thanthe overall average value. From the measurement results, it can be concluded thatthe E-Learning UPN "Veteran" East Java has a fairly good usability value, because the overall average value is 3.78, when viewed from a scale of 1-5 it can be saidthat the usability level of the UPN E-Learning website East Java veterans can besaid well.
