MEIO AMBIENTE DE TRABALHO E O CICLO DO ADOECIMENTO DOCENTE: O CONTEXTO DA EXPANSÃO PRECARIZADA NAS UNIVERSIDADES PÚBLICAS BRASILEIRAS

Abstract

The research that relates teaching work and health of the worker in Brazilian higher education should consider the context of productive restructuring, precarious expansion and its implications in occupational diseases and denial of health rights. In the daily life of the work, teachers experience: lack of structural conditions, financial resources, work overload, productivity criteria and indexes, teacher evaluation system for career progression, bureaucratic procedures, non implementation of the Health Care and Safety Policy. Federal Public Server (PASS) work, and, in some cases, authoritarian practices and abuse of power.
