Abstract

This decade has been marked with tremendous growth of video streaming which has been known as “bandwidth killer service”. Unmanaged services or Over-the-top (OTT) services now become more and more popular in the entertainment industry. However, it is easy to realize that those services' providers do not guarantee a stable video quality for users because they cannot control the underlying network condition at the users' side.
