Abstract

In this paper, we present the development of trans-mitter and receiver equipment for optical camera communication (OCC) and the operation of these systems in laboratory settings intended to be used for research and educational purposes. The hardware design and processing algorithms developed are published with this work in an online repository, and can be used for training students and introducing them to the field of OCC.
