Abstract

Assuming the availability of the channel state information at the transmitter (CSIT) and receiver (CSIR), we propose two novel inter-carrier cooperative coding / decoding (ICC) schemes that can transform all subcarriers of an OFDM system into the same number of subchannels with identical capacities.
