Abstract

A number of modeling and simulation tools have been developed in the domain of Natural Disasters. In these situations, several research teams may make an intervention and that have to coordinate their activities in order to save the maximum number of lives. To this end, they have to define an organizational structure and adopt management policies to improve their performance.
