Twenty school teachers chosen from Krishnanagar-II, block of Nadia district of West Bengal as sample. RCE mental health scale by Anand (1992) has been adopted by present researchers. Study revealed that, teachers’ mental health was not changeable in respect of their location, gender and stream of teaching. Abstract

One of the important merits in the teacher is that he knows his subject thoroughly well and is to keep in touch with his subject to remain up-to-date.
