Abstract

At present, most soil models used in grounding design do not consider the existence of heterogeneous region. However, local heterogeneous modules with high or low resistance will greatly affect the soil model under certain conditions, and these heterogeneous regions cannot be ignored at this time. In this paper, the necessity of soil model considering heterogeneous region is demonstrated through simulating calculation in CDEGS.
