Strong electromagnetic impulse may enter the RF reception channel of the satellite communication receiving system of the same frequency band, and bring damage to sensitive components such as the limiter, low-noise high frequency amplifier, thereby causing loss of the function of the satellite communication system. In this paper a behavior-level simulation model of typical satellite communication equipment is established, and an analysis on the influence to the communication performance after the limiter is damaged by strong electromagnetic impulse is conducted.
