There are two main parameters of hurricane intensity: intensity of wind speed, frequency of the wind speed. Based on the time series model, this paper takes the relationship into account between two parameters and the annual global average temperature. By using the global annual average temperature data collected from NOAA 2000 to 2016 inclusive, the change rule of temperature warming is found out by time series, and the function relationship between temperature and hurricane activity is obtained through regression analyses.
