The objective of this study is to undertake a systematic literature review to determine the effectiveness of End-User Training, factors, and measurement of the effectiveness of EUT. The review analyzes 50 studies identified for primary studies from academic digital libraries published between 2003 and 2013. The results of this study showed that factors influencing EUT can be categorized into seven categories, which are organizational, individual difference, training methods, learning techniques, learning process and interaction, immediate learning outcomes, and long-term learning outcomes. Abstract

End-User Training (EUT) is a method used for learning information systems or applications and improving those skills to become more effective. In order for organizations to provide effective EUT programs, several concerns in the design of EUT need to be considered. The objective of this study is to undertake a systematic literature review to determine the effectiveness of End-User Training, factors, and measurement of the effectiveness of EUT. The review analyzes 50 studies identified for primary studies from academic digital libraries published between 2003 and 2013.
