Research on Information Management System for University Laboratories

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technology, the application of computer networks to achieve laboratory network management has become an inevitable trend. This paper firstly summarizes the current situation of information management in university laboratories, and points out some existing problems. Secondly, it introduces the concept of integrated laboratory management information platform, from laboratory integrated management, construction project management, and dangerous goods management. The design of large-scale instrument and equipment management and data statistics reporting management was carried out. Finally, the significance of the integrated laboratory management information platform was discussed. 高校实验室管理信息平台探索与研究 齐鹏远, 王刚, 梁金广 营口理工学院材料科学与工程系,营口,辽宁,中国 qipengyuan@126.com, 33171733@qq.com, 38395269@qq.com 关键词: 实验室管理; 信息平台; 一体化建设 中文摘要. 随着信息技术的高速发展,应用计算机网络实现实验室网络化管理已经成为一种 必然趋势。首先概述了高校实验室信息化管理的现状,并指出了目前存在的一些问题,其次 重点介绍了一体化实验室管理信息平台的构想,分别从实验室综合管理、建设项目管理、危 险品管理、大型仪器设备管理、数据统计上报管理等方面进行了相应的设计,最后论述了一 体化实验室管理信息平台的意义。 1.引言 高校实验室是高校各专业进行科学研究、技能培训的平台,是训练学生动手能力、提高 学生综合能力的重要场所。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》与《国 家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》指明了我国要从工程教育大国向工程教育强国 转变的方向,现代高校教育更加注重对学生技术、技能的培养。近年来,随着各高校向应用 型大学转型发展,高校实验室的建设受到了前所未有的重视,但是实验室在建设模式和管理 模式上仍然存在着循规守旧和无序规划建设及管理的弊端,导致基础教学实验室的低水平重 复建设,限制了实验室的快速高效发展[1-3]。完善实验室信息化建设就是要用科学的流程、 规范的审批来保障实验室建设的顺利进行,同时保障实验室建设后的健康发展。因此,实验 室信息化建设是高校实验室建设的重要保障,是高校可持续发展的有力支撑和可靠保障。随 着信息技术的高速发展,应用计算机网络实现实验室网络化管理已经成为一种必然趋势。 2nd International Conference on Humanities Education and Social Sciences (ICHESS 2019) Copyright © 2019, the Authors.
