Because of the developing structure of the international system, acquisition of many destructive nuclear weapons which took the place of conventional weapons have changed the point of views of the states to traditional wars. Therefore, devastating two big wars of the last century has to enough to keep away the states from gun conflicts among nation states. Many kinds of wars came up as a result of the deterrend presence of these weapons have put the woman in the middle of the conflict. Especially in these wars called Proxy wars, hybrit wars and medium instersity conflict, the states kept in the forefront their economic interest and have tended to use arguable ethic results based on an understanding of the change of the paternitiy in long term as a tool of the war. Woman located on the other side of man’s domination over earth have been the target itself in terms of the understanding of war and victory. Her rebuilding power with fertility of society and culture have become the costless tool of achieving the goal in dominated World understanding.
