Utilization of throughput and modulation schemes used during the communication are also measured and analyzed. Recorded video sequences are evaluated based on the feedback from the people (users) involved in the evaluation process. Abstract

In today's world communication, many applications have been developed for user equipment (UE) that supports VoIP (Voice over IP), multimedia, text and data services in mobile telecommunications.
