The mid-frequency PCL is designed based on the extracted phase error along polarization direction at 10 GHz from full-wave simulation. The mid-frequency PCL could balance the gain enhancement and gain bandwidth of the Vivaldi antenna effectively. Further, comparison of gain between the high- and mid-frequency PCL loaded Vivaldi antenna is made.
