The exploration research of community social work participates in the grass-roots social governance innovation

Abstract

The major strategic task of social governance is put forward in Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the CPC, including the innovation of social governance, improving the level of social governance, improving the way of social governance. From the "social management" to "social governance ", it suggests that a major change in the party and the government on the governing idea and explains the rationality from the traditional, stability of the orientation of social management to social governance. How to realizing the social management system innovation is becoming a new topic of the construction of Chinese society.
