Abstract
The experience of the leading global corporations demonstrates the inefficiency of the organizational, industrial and technical measures in connection with the improvement of the production quality. For production quality improvement it is necessary to involve the personnel of the microeconomic system in the process of quality control. Quality control as the aim of microeconomic system is formed in the process of planning and goals development; it is implemented during organization operation, coordination and motivation and it is measured during control and is adjusted during the regulation process. It can be viewed during detailed analysis of the customized goals of the microeconomic system. Such goals are closely interconnected: reaching some of them means reaching the other ones and improvement of the quality of the latter. There are two reserves to improve the quality control of the microeconomic system: 1) it can be implemented through formation of the integrated system of management of microeconomic system and 2) it can be realized through application of the standards comparison during the building of the integrated system of quality control improvement within microeconomic system. It is necessary to provide self-examination of the microeconomic system during building of the integrated model for estimating the current level of quality control. During composing integrated model of quality control, it is necessary to take into consideration managerial practices and business cooperation of executives of manufacturing systems.Benchmarking can be a necessary tool for this. It is a standard of reference, the process of continuous examination of the best practices demonstrating the highest competitiveness. Standard of reference helps to understand ordinary microeconomic systems’ performance and leads to better results through interpretation and generalization of experience both in manufacturing and in management.
