In the mapping of competencies, teachers and market professionals were interviewed. The results indicated that 'health policies, planning and evaluation' is the most relevant technical competence for managers working in the health area. Abstract

This study aimed to describe the implementation and evaluation of the results of the application of an electronic tool for the mapping and development of management skills, for educational purposes, called the Share (Smart Human Academic Resources). This is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The experience happened in the undergraduate course in Health Services Management of the Federal University of Minas Gerais.
