This study is conducted to find out and analyze The Actual Impact Of Motivation And Compensation To Employee's Achievement Of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI Surabaya This study is kind of descriptive and applied the quantitative research method. Population is all employees with a sample amount of 70 respondents. It uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and research methods using proportionate stratified random sampling technique.
