The QUEST questionnaire system

Abstract

This paper describes the design and implementation of an expert system based questionnaire system. The concept of a questionnaire is examined from a process model and an information model point of view. From the questionnaire models two expert system implementations have been designed and implemented. Finally the shortcomings and advantages are presented and discussed.
