Abstract

The efficient Air Traffic Control system establish a strong communication network. All airborne objects should be able to communicate with a ground control room irrespective of the countries the airborne abject belongs to. Similarly increasing air traffic imposes a performance demands on the RF components. This paper addresses the RF challenges in the present ATC system along with Radiofrequency spectrum utilization, voice quality, and channel access techniques. Paper refers to the problems and the appropriate observational solutions.
