Abstract

Autotransformer discrete alternating voltage regulators (ADAVR) are used for limitation of the supply voltage range and thus prevent the deterioration of the electrical energy quality. The paper is dedicated to the investigation of the processes in an ADAVR with R-L load. The study was conducted by the help of an automated computer program in the environment of MATLAB, allowing simulation of the processes in ADAVR at different switching ranges corresponding to different supply voltages.
