The mechanical system is designed and simulated by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) package. The control system is designed based on variable pressures in hydraulic support. Matlab©/Simulink© is applied in the system, it provides real-time monitoring function in modeling and testing. Fuzzy recognition method is used to obtain working status of hydraulic support. 基于有限元分析的液压支架工作状态模糊识别系统研究
针对当前综采工作面液压支架工作状态监测存在的不足,提出了一种基于模糊识别的液压支架工作状态监测系统。采用有限元分析软件对机械系统进行了设计和仿真。基于液压支架变压力控制系统的设计。系统采用Matlab©/Simulink©,在建模和测试过程中提供实时监控功能。采用模糊识别方法获取液压支架的工作状态。最后,利用有限状态机图形工具statflow对液压支架的工作状态进行了显示。
