Abstract

The stability control problem of desuperheating water system of supercritical power generation unit once-through boiler is studied in this paper. The cascade PID control strategy is adopted and applied to desuperheating water control system. Because the valve opening of the desuperheating water regulator can be adjusted in real time with the unit load changing, the controlled system can maintain the main steam temperature in a stable working condition, ensures the security and stability of unit operating, and improves the anti-interference ability of closed-loop control system.
超临界发电机组直通锅炉减温水系统的串级PID控制
本文研究了超临界发电机组一次性锅炉减温水系统的稳定性控制问题。采用串级PID控制策略,并将其应用于减温水控制系统中。由于减温水调节器的阀门开度可以随着机组负荷的变化而实时调整,被控系统可以保持主蒸汽温度在稳定的工作状态,保证了机组运行的安全性和稳定性,提高了闭环控制系统的抗干扰能力。
