ACCEPTANCE OF AN INHERITANCE AS A GUARANTEE OF EXERCISING THE RIGHTS OF HEIRS

Abstract

The article deals with topical issues that arise in lawenforcement practice with heirs in the process of accepting inheritance, examines ways of accepting inheritance, examines problems associated with the formalization of accepting heirs of inheritance. The author believes that the existing legal mechanisms need to be brought into line with modern requirements aimed at increasing the effectiveness of preventing litigation in cases of inheritance.
