Abstract
E-learningpresents the new education model whose potential has extremely grown in the era of COVID 19. This paper aims to investigate the influence of Performance Expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), Social Influence (SI), Facilitating Conditions (FC), and Gamification (G) on the Use Behavior (UB) at observing the e-learning platform. The participants in the research were 290 Engineering students from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, during 2019. Data analysis was carried out based on the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method. Results indicate that PE, SI, and FC have a significant positive impact on UB at the e-learning platform. Moreover, results show a strong relationship between all factors which influence acceptance of the e-learning method.
