Abstract
Speech emotion recognition(SER) is an important research orientation in the field of artificial intelligence. In view of the current status of speech emotion recognition mainly focused on the database, a real-time SER framework is proposed. In this paper, commonly used algorithms for real-time speech processing systems are involved and briefly introduced. Finally, the validity of the model is verified through experimental verification.
