Abstract

Mathematic equations considering the real-gas to simulate the pressurization system diagram for launch vehicle tanks were established with the Beattie - Bridgeman equation of state (EOS) due to the issue that the gas character cannot be accurately described by ideal-gas equation. The simulated time histories of pressure and temperature results on both gas EOSs during the starting process of a typical pressurization system were obtained. The influence of real-gas effect to the pressure and temperature were discussed. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
基于实气方程的增压系统数值模拟
针对理想气体方程不能准确描述运载火箭燃料箱气体特性的问题,采用Beattie - Bridgeman状态方程(EOS)建立了考虑实际气体的模拟运载火箭燃料箱增压系统图的数学方程。得到了典型增压系统启动过程中两种气体EOSs的压力和温度模拟时程结果。讨论了实气效应对压力和温度的影响。仿真结果表明了该方法的有效性。
