Abstract

The paper examines the position of public administration as a form of public power in the Slovak Republic during the pandemic caused by Covid 19. Notes the creation and application of law affecting the environment of public administration and then analyzes its selected functions, the content of which modifies the ongoing corona crisis, influences methods and forms of public administration activity. The author also points out some problems accompanying Slovak society and the state in recent years, which have been further accentuated by the ongoing pandemic.
