The aim of the researcher was to determine the athlete's anxiety control method applied by the Central Java Hockey coach team. Data analysis uses data selection that focuses on answering the problem formulation (data reduction), arranged briefly (data display), develops after being in the field (verification). The results of the research on the anxiety control method applied by the Central Java Hockey team consisted of always reminding them to obey the protocol by applying the 5M in a disciplined manner, doing adequate recovery, recommended taking vitamins, maintaining a diet with nutritious food. The coaching team should take a personal approach to each athlete. Given the anxiety experienced by each athlete has its own uniqueness.
