The software is popular and freely shares with other users in the net. Creative Engineering Design (CED) is selected as a pioneer in developing such an object oriented lesson in the environment. Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to design an asynchronous online and offline multimedia learning environment for the learners. The learners include those students in school and graduate people in work.
