Abstract

This paper proposes an improved adaptive frequency sweeping method for electromagnetic simulation. A new convergence criteria of frequency sweep is defined. In addition, by combining matrix rational interpolation and dichotomy frequency sweep, the number of frequency points required for direct calculation is reduced compared with the traditional interpolation-based method. A numerical example is given to prove the effectiveness of the proposed method.
