Project of «Comparisons Dictionary» based on the embassy reports of the 17th century

Abstract

The report is focused on the project "Comparisons Dictionary", which is being prepared using sources from three embassy reports on trips to China in the 17th century. It introduces comparative structures of the Russian business language of this period, highlights the criteria for selecting sources, tasks and general principles of constructing a dictionary, the structure of a dictionary entry.
