ACMEOLOGICAL APPROACH - AS THE BASIS OF IMPROVING THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF THE EDUCATORS IN HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract

This article discusses the need to improve the professional training of future teachers based on the acmeological approach and the factors of their use of the acmeological approach. Intellectual, personal, moral characteristics and possibilities of organization and implementation of professional-pedagogical activities are highlighted. Through this, the need to form new professional competencies that meet the requirements of the labor market is considered.
