Abstract

Environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, vibration, light intensity, radiation etc. are tightly coupled with various valuable items in transit for product quality and recommended environmental conditions. After the items are dispatched from warehouse and are moving towards destination, these parameters are either not maintained or poorly maintained. Therefore, a portable, low cost embedded device is required to continuously monitor and log the environmental sensitive parameter of the item in transit.
