It needs a relatively long time for a driver to get a parking spot and can cause a traffic jam in the parking lot because many drivers are trying to find an empty spot for their vehicles. This is the reason why the author develops an application for parking lot using Android Smartphone. This paper uses Rational Unified Process Methodology and the tool that used for this paper is Photoshop CS5, Adobe Dreamweaver, MySQL, and using Unified Modeling Language tools.
