Abstract
The paper tries to argue:(1)CP clauses, which may include infinite conditions, could be ineliminable even with scientific terminology.(2)We can test the contraposition of a CP law, therefore the law itself.(3)Earman's account of differential equations may violate his Mill-Ramsey-Lewis view of laws of nature. So differential equations of the evolution type could be laws as well. The author also raise a thought experiment, which illustrates Earman's diction between conditions for the truth of a law and conditions for the validity of its application may be inconsistent with Earman's supervenience thesis.
