System Design of a Sea Surface Surveillance Radar Based on Near Space Vehicle

Abstract

This paper reports on the study of radar detection technique for near space vehicle, which aims to strengthen the property for ships and warships on the sea in the background of sea clutter. Firstly, this paper discusses the requirements of the radar system in detail, demonstrates the technical parameters of each component, and analyzes the performance of the radar system. According to the analysis, this paper puts up the main function design, which includes working frequency band, polarization mode, working system and working bandwidth of radar, etc. At the end of paper, it checks and demonstrates the main design indexes, and it gives the design conclusions.
